Important note:
Solutions are written with Microsoft Excel and typically use the programming language of Visual Basics for Applications to provide the functionality. This means the files have code that must be enabled when first opening otherwise you will have what appears to be a blank file. Some solutions are distributed as executable files (exe). These files still require you to have a copy of Microsoft Excel installed.
Files distributed as .xlsm files may operate under a Mac environment but may be subject to any limitation placed upon it outside of our control.
Files distributed as an executable (.exe) will only run in the Windows environment.
All files are packaged into an installer (exe) to make the download and installation as simple as possible. As the installer file is an exe file it requires a Windows environment to unpack the files contained within it. The installer package file and any executable file is code signed with a certificate from Sectigo. This helps ensure the code has not been tampered with. The certificate can normally be viewed under the Properties tab of the file.
