This is a spreadsheet designed to allow you to record business and mileage expenses whether for your own business or as an employee. It can be used as part of a claim process or for simple record keeping. Each transaction is recorded as either expenses or mileage and then can (optionally) be approved using a user defined passcode. Approved forms are restricted from further changes and are transferred to a history table enabling them to be selectively viewed later. This means you no longer need separate sheets or workbooks for each expenses form.
